The PIR Industrial Property Portfolio

PIR is actively building out a long-term hold portfolio of multi-tenant industrial property.

We intend to acquire approximately one property per calendar quarter continuously, with the goal of having a portfolio of approximately 100 small-bay multi-tenant properties. It is the growing equity and cash-flow of this portfolio that is the security for all of our FlexFunds™ private capital notes.

Our affiliate Grid Property Management, LLC acts as the leasing and operations team for the entire PIR portfolio.
