Our properties—typically 20,000 to 200,000 square feet, with 1,000 to 5,000 square foot suites—are purpose-renovated to serve the next generation of American manufacturers and service entrepreneurs.

We target underperforming assets that are 10 to 50 years old, in need of light to substantial renovation, and located in vibrant industrial submarkets. By elevating these properties to best-in-class standards—through capital improvements, technology upgrades, and modern operational systems—we unlock significant value and support the small businesses driving America’s reindustrialization.
