Steve Kreitzberg

Steve founded Phoenix Industrial Redevelopment in 2017, building on over 34 years of real estate redevelopment and investment experience. He began his career in manufacturing engineering management with Hewlett Packard’s Computer Systems Divisions before founding the first Phoenix-related company in 1991. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and an MBA from Santa Clara University. He is responsible for the overall acquisition strategy and personally selects every property that joins the Workspace Nation™ portfolio.
